Spoke to First name removed over the phone and he was quick, I had all of the answers I needed and was able to turn around a bike very quickly. When in-store An hour later, he continued the great service and helped me get the bike set up with cages pedals and a bell to bling out the bike a little bit. Conversation was great, and service was amazing. Something that was greatly appreciated after being locked down for so long

The question was how likely I am to recommend you to family and friends and my answer was truthful. In truth my family and friends are from within the industry like me and paying retail pricing was just this one time for Christmas. But you have an excellent service, friendly knowledgeable staff and good selection as a retailer.

I recieved my bike on Saturday, everyone at both stores was extremely friendly and had so much knowledge. Definitely would reccomend Sweet Petes to anyone looking at getting a bike.
When I put my fork in for service I was told I would receive a text message when it was ready I never got the text and then it took 2 days for the service department to reply letting me know that it was ready for pickup
Also I would appreciate a small description of all the work that was done to my suspension fork, it would alleviate at least in a perceived way the hefty price charged for service even after I supplied the seal kit

I bought a Bike from Sweet Pete’s in 2019 and I’ve been sending requests for quotes for a package on a number of accessories that are hard to stock (Benno attachments) and I don’t think I’ve had 1 response.
I think the shop and people are amazing, and I do recommend sweet Pete’s in general. But I have felt ignored when it comes to the post-purchase and experience.
