I bought a Bike from Sweet Pete’s in 2019 and I’ve been sending requests for quotes for a package on a number of accessories that are hard to stock (Benno attachments) and I don’t think I’ve had 1 response.
I think the shop and people are amazing, and I do recommend sweet Pete’s in general. But I have felt ignored when it comes to the post-purchase and experience.

Great experience picking up my new bike at Sweet Pete's! They were able to help put on the new pedals and they knew it was my first time clipping in so provided me with a helmet as I went up and down the street for a test run. One thing I wish I knew was that the card holder needed to be present for the pick up, which is a great security measure just may be difficult to coordinate at times! But I understand there is a workaround for this so all good if required!
