Is this for real? I made one online order consisting of 3 items. . Highly satisfied with my purchase, but, it’s only one experience. There’s nothing that could have been improved. All good, but, I can’t give you a score of 10 in terms of recommending you based on one interaction.

Helpful staff and a nice selection. Only one thing made me sad, that incredible SP Deadhead logo is only available on a racing jersey, and that would just look weird on my stretched chopper... otherwise awesome haha!

Service is always good and usually very quick. The advice I got on the tires to put on my bike when I needed a replacement was very good. New tires are great and I’m very pleased.
