Not the same for all employees but Brent specifically was very knowledgeable about all spin shoes/cleats etc. and went above and beyond to be helpful. I will return for future purchases and will request to work with him.

Brent was helpful. Let me try the bike out even though it was crappy outside and he set me up with everything I needed. I came in and the next eve I had the bike. It's a beauty of a beast.

Nothing, unfortunately the bike I ordered was delayed over three months and that is beyond your control. All of my interactions over the phone have been great.

Spoke to First name removed over the phone and he was quick, I had all of the answers I needed and was able to turn around a bike very quickly. When in-store An hour later, he continued the great service and helped me get the bike set up with cages pedals and a bell to bling out the bike a little bit. Conversation was great, and service was amazing. Something that was greatly appreciated after being locked down for so long

The question was how likely I am to recommend you to family and friends and my answer was truthful. In truth my family and friends are from within the industry like me and paying retail pricing was just this one time for Christmas. But you have an excellent service, friendly knowledgeable staff and good selection as a retailer.
