Replaced a wheel with one that didn’t take the thief screws I had originally had without consulting me. Furthermore, there was an overall lack of good communication throughout. The calls consisted of me being told what was wrong rather than presented with options and the potential ramifications (which I now just need to deal with after the fact).

Your technicians are knowledgeable, and explain things clearly, and I never feel like I'm being urged to spend more than I need or want to. I haven't bought a bike from you, but many accessories, all of which were well priced and good quality.

We were very happy about the service received from Rob and his colleagues. We live in the Ottawa region, and contacted them a few times by phone and email before going to the store. Each time, they were very helpful and friendly. Rob replied to my emails promply, and this was greatly appreciated. Once at the store, the great service continued, we received good information and advice which help with our decision to purchase the right bike.
I went for a bike fitting and the staff seemed very knowlegable. They were helpful and provided sound suggestions.

The only thing that I would try to improve are the shipping times. 7 - 10 days is a little long, however with the pandemic in mind I did not mind the wait.

They are my go-to shop when I need anything for my family's bikes and gear.
To hard of a process in trying to buy a bike and have someone else pick it up for you when your name is on the credit card that bought it. After offering copy's my ID and other person information. There its not military or veterian friendly since we are often not always new the locations that our family is.
