I’m pretty impressed with the products and service from Sweet Pete’s. Having stock of my preferred commuting tire (Schwalbe Marathon) and having it delivered within the week is exceptional. Getting a hold of bike parts is not easy right now. I’ve been a customer at larger retail chains and would recommend the service and product selection at sweet Pete’s again.

I was delighted to find that Sweet Pete's had the tires I wanted in stock. To discover that they were at a reduced price was a bonus. Their online ordering process was very easy to use and their guest sign in allowed for a speedy process. The tires were shipped the same day and their choice of packaging and delivery resulted in the tires arriving 3 business days ahead of the original prediction. All in all, a very positive experience.

I brought a bike in for a standard tune up. They found out that the shifter needed to be changed when I came in. It was going to take a few days for them to get the part, but I told them I lived far. They accommodated me and I was able to have it fixed on the same day. The staffs are super friendly.
