I came in for a bike fit with Mitchell and is was an excellent experience. He is very knowledgeable and his goal is to get the best fit possible based on my needs and will make multiple adjustments to achieve that goal. 10/10 would recommend
Hi, my rear breaks still feels lose, I believe they were fixed/tuned up but the feeling isn’t there.

HI, the website and ordering process was great.
what i would suggest to improve thins is faster order processing. it took several days to get the item shipped... and then shipping method was slow. (i don't recall if i could have selected a more expensive quicker option)
i wasn't aware of how long it would take to get the item and needed my bike fixed so i actually ordered a 2nd chain ring from a different supplier to get my bike back on the road quicker.
at least now I have a spare!

Friendly and the only bike shop around that seems to actually have stock of accessories. I was pretty impressed.
Mitch is fantastic for bike fittings. Takes his time, does multiple sessions after each equipment or parts changes, helps find new parts, responds to questions via email, etc. I have already recommended him to my cycling buddies for a fitting.
