The staff at Phat Tire has been exceptionally helpful. I personally prefer to do my own work on my bike and whenever I’ve had questions, they’ve coached me through whatever issue I was working on. I waxed my chains, changed the headset, and bottom brackets. I also went tubeless and was able to do all of it myself. I made several visits to the store and a few phone calls and they helped me every time. Even though they may not do the work on my bikes, I purchase most of my parts and consumables through them. When I decided to buy an electric bike for my wife. Phat Tire was the obvious choice.

Not only did you fit us in for a brake repair so we could get back on the trails quickly, but also gave support and advice to our 13 year old about a drop he had been dreaming of hitting. Your help gave him the courage to drop the hammer and he couldn't be prouder. Thanks for such great customer service!

This is the local bike shop that every town in America should have. They are so enthusiastic about bike riding. They dedicate their days to helping the consumer purchase, repair, or rent a bicycle. Every employee I have encountered goes out of their way to see your needs as a customer are met. Twice in the Rodgers location, I have come in with a bicycle that needed something. Both times there were two employees in the store and they both stopped everything they were doing to accommodate me. For 23 years I owned a customer service business and strived to give the best service I could. So when I find a business that gives that same kind of service, I’m really taken back because it’s uncommon. Thank you guys so much
