I took in a tire for repair and they took care of it on the spot. I was n and out withing 20 minutes. Great service.
The staff are always attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I am a huge Trek fan and like the gear the store has in hand as well. The store is also located in a great community.
Everyone working here is so friendly! They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. There’s a great selection of bikes and helmets to choose from, and they are genuinely happy to answer any question you can think of. I especially loved being able to test ride the bike I was thinking of buying. Shout out to Davis for being awesome and helping me find the perfect bicycle. I’ll definitely be back for all my bike needs!

I threw on an extra layer for a chilly ride to take a couple of afternoon meetings in Downtown Bentonville. Wouldn't you know it, meetings went long, sun was sinking low on the horizon, and temps were falling into the 30s on this December day. Just as I cranked the pedals to generate much needed body heat and get home before dark... my Salsa Cutthroat, the most remarkable example of modern engineering and epic bike ever conceived since the beginning of the world,... Bam! With a quite "pop", the shifter cable succumbed to the years of abuse. (This goes to show the true heart and spirit of this bike...against all odds it held on until I was a mere 5 blocks from the Phat Tire mothership, simply to protect me from being stranded hundreds of miles in the wilderness) But I digress. I rolled Cutty through the front doors fully expecting a two week wait. NO SIR! Without hesitation, that crew of magnificent bike wrenches hoisted Cutty into the stand and went to work. 5 minutes later, I was rolling out the door to admonitions of "come back again" and "tell Danny in Springdale it's time for another trip on the party bus with the midget pole dancers". Yes sir, Phat Tire is the purveyor of dreams enabled. #LoveWhatMatters

I brought my bike in for a new dropper post. The service department was excellent and very professional unfortunately they didn’t have the right size in stock, but they gave me all the specifications for the one I needed. I was in from out of town so I didn’t have time to stay and have the bike shop order it , very thankful.
