I purchased a new Trek road bike from the Fayetteville store during Black Friday weekend. I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Jayden for helping me with the selection. Also…BIG kudos to the other guys in the Fayetteville shop. A few weeks before the purchase, they recommended to my wife that we wait until Black Friday weekend to do the purchase because the savings would be substantial. He was absolutely correct. Thankful for a local shop that has serviced all my bikes for several years and now helped me select this new sweet ride! This shop, and the folks who work there, are outstanding!

My bike broke while riding at Turkey Mountain. I’m not a local guy so I looked up the closest bike shop. The service department was really helpful and got me fixed up. My bike is not a brand they sell, but they had no issues working on it and helping me out.

There are always good sales on parts and accessories. I recently purchased Bontrager helmets and Shimano pedals all on clearance. The staff is always pointing out the sale items and is super helpful. If I can't perform maintenance myself the staff at Broken Arrow Phat Tire is the first place I go. And finally, my most recent bike purchase was from Phat Tire and they bent over backwards to make sure that everything was taken care of and that I was pleased with my purchase.
