I was pleasantly surprised to have heard back from a rep at Phat Tire after my initial feedbck comments. Such contact-after-the-fact is rare in business these days* - at least in my experience.
After a pleasant conversation, during which I expressed my sincere appreciation for the work that had been accomplished on my bike, I've been satisfied with all actions and conclusions on the part of Phat Tire. Phat Tire was brought to my attention via the recommendation of a close friend, and I don't see any reason that I should be hesitant to recommend your shop and services to others in the future.
