The guys that work at Phat Tire are very professional and helpful. I've gone in there several times before buying and they always answered my questions and I didn't feel harrassed or embarrassed that I just looked. They were thorough when I bought my bike. I like their location in Edmond. Trek bikes are solid and trustworthy.

Professional advice & quality assortment of products
We went in slightly embarrassed because we had recently moved and lost sone gear. The crew at phat tired helped us out immediately and didn’t make us feel weird. I needed up getting two tires replaced there and they ended up tightening up a few things and jumped in to help me on sized up my seat correctly.
Bikes are for everyone. I’ve never been to a shop that fully embodies that like phat tire. Highly recommend.
