Very helpful and friendly staff. Did everything they could to get me back on the trail. I was up from Dallas on a vacation. Ripped out the insert on my crank. Shop manager got me a replacement off one of their rentals because Shimano parts were out of stock in Fayetteville and Bentonville. Got be back on the trail and gave me a discount. That's awesome service and thinking out of the box!
