Outspokin service technicians truly have the heart of a teacher. They don't just take your bike, change a lot of complicated parts, and send you on your way. They will ensure you understand what they fixed and why. They also make recommendations about what to fix (I needed a new chain) but it is not pushy (e.g. "You are going to die tomorrow if you ride this bike without a brand new chain.")

I brought the bike back, after some miles, for some custom requests....awesome recommendations and they researched and brainstormed a great solution. Highly recommend this shop. At Outspokin Bicycles has the Trek bicycles that I want. They have a service department that is efficient and fixes my bicycle quickly. I like the knowledgable staff that can point me to the right product for my needs that is in my price range. I go to and will continue to go to Outspokin Bicycles for all of the bicycle needs.
I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Brian took time to make sure I was fit properly on my new bike. He made sure that I understood every component on the bike before heading out. He is a genuine, detailed, and an all around good dude. The shop guys were all helpful and eager to help. The mechanics go above and beyond to take care of the bike and myself. They’ve even let me borrow a tool or two. Too notch service at Out Spokin’. Proud to call them my bike shop and would recommend to everyone looking for a personal experience.
