Michael and Matt were super helpful! I went in looking to test drove a hard tail and full suspension mountain bike. They asked good questions and made suggestions based on what I wanted in this type of bike. They helped me narrow down my search pretty quickly. Matt walked me through the "fit" process and gave me things to look for in order to tweak the fit in the near future. I love that they are local! I will be recommending them!

This was my first time to Outspokin Bicycles and it was a good experience. I was greeted with respect and kindness. I had an older bike that needed a new gear shifter, kickstand, and handlebar grips. I left my bike there overnight and the next day they called to say it was all done. I went there to pick it up and test road my bike. The cost of the repair and parts was very reasonable. They also had a great selection on new bikes and accessories. I would recommend Outspokin Bicycles to anyone who needs a new bicycle or repair.
I'm enjoying my Salsa Journey touring bike tremendously. It's my second day of ownership and I'm typing this from my tent.
