I upgraded my used bike to a new Trek. It is a beautiful bike. When I went to pick it up, Matt was leaving but saw me in the parking lot and knew that I was coming for my bike. He came back in and handled getting everything I needed for my new bike, helped me with some new shoes and a few other things and told me to come back with my old bike to get it fitted correctly. I’ve always had the best interactions with the staff whether it’s for sales or tune up/repair in the past! Top notch products and services!
