This 12" bicycle tire and rim was extremely hard for me to locate, after a friend told me about Outspokin Bicycles. It was real easy, because Laura, who took my desperate call for help, because I was using this on a piece of equipment instead of a bicycle. She found the correct tire, tread, rim, and had the complete assembly at the store in a couple days!

The Irmo store is always friendly and provides good service and advice. I always feel welcome at that store, and will go there for my bike needs. I have not felt the same at the Columbia store because every time I have been there the salesmen do not seem to want to talk to me. Thus I have sent three people who are needing bikes or service to the Irmo store, and will continue to recommend that store.
