The Irmo store is always friendly and provides good service and advice. I always feel welcome at that store, and will go there for my bike needs. I have not felt the same at the Columbia store because every time I have been there the salesmen do not seem to want to talk to me. Thus I have sent three people who are needing bikes or service to the Irmo store, and will continue to recommend that store.

Everyone in the shop is always friendly and I have always loved Trek bikes. Mike was great throughout the entire process. Picked up my Marlin 6 and it’s pretty much dialed in off the showroom floor. Will be back soon for upgrades and and a new full suspension rig.
