They asked good questions and made suggestions based on what I wanted in this type of bike. They helped me narrow down my search pretty quickly. This was my first time to Outspokin Bicycles and it was a good experience. I was greeted with respect and kindness. I had an older bike that needed a new gear shifter, kickstand, and handlebar grips. I left my bike there overnight and the next day they called to say it was all done. I went there to pick it up and test road my bike. The cost of the repair and parts was very reasonable. They also had a great selection on new bikes and accessories. I would recommend Outspokin Bicycles to anyone who needs a new bicycle or repair.
I'm enjoying my Salsa Journey touring bike tremendously. It's my second day of ownership and I'm typing this from my tent. I'm bike-packing already as I have confidence in this choice of bike and its accessories. I'd like to thank Brian and others at Outspoken Bicycles for unparalleled customer service, sales, and shop work. I thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon at the store purchasing this rig. I live over an hour away , but have been coming to this shop for over twenty years. Service is over the top as a standard operating practice. Upon bringing my bike in Chuck immediately checked my bike in with the repair request. He later phoned 30 minutes later and provided two different repair options. The bike was waiting to be picked up when I returned that afternoon. In my professional opinion Chuck is the best head mechanic that Outspokin Bicycling has had.
