Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Did not feel any pressure to purchase a bike or accessories when visiting the store. They carry high quality products. As requested, they sent an email with quotes and links. They also followed up some time later to see if they could be of assistance. Four months later I purchased a bike and they’ve continued to be very helpful.

Service was extremely fast! I was only looking around for a minute (probably looking confused) before an employee approached me and asked if I needed help. Everyone I interacted with was helpful + they didn't make me feel stupid about my lack of bike knowledge. 10/10 experience! I will be returning in the future for more bike accessories.
