I came in expecting to drop off my bike and they took care of me immediately!
We were helped by an employee who resolved our problem readily. He was kind enough to offer to give us (used) handle plugs but figured out our problem so we could use the ones we had already purchased. He did not charge us.

The service staff are very helpful, even when buying small parts for a 9 year old bike. They also found a good replacement for my crankset and provided a very reasonable price estimate for the labor and parts.
