We love that you can ride the bikes and try them out to see what fits you best and they will adjust what needs to be adjusted to fit you.
They include free maintenance for any bike you buy from them. We bought TREK bikes and he registered the bikes to us in the sales process so that was convenient. Trek has lifetime warranty on the frame.

I don’t think there’s much to improve. I don’t score anything a ten for growth reasons. I’ve had many opportunities to experience Outspokin as a top notch sales and service spot for those with bicycles in Columbia. I think working more with a local co-op to recycle bikes and parts could take place with also making sure as many of the scraps such as boxes and plastics are recycled. Outspokin could also do a monthly group ride to make the community more inclusive and supportive of the store. Could get involved and create or sponsor local races would be awesome so our community can continue to grow into a bike friendly town. We’ve been surpassed by Greenville and Beaufort, but there’s so much opportunity here.
