Martin was excellent and provided a top of the line buying experience, very easy to work with and help me set up my new bike and took great care with my bike fitment. showed me cool products that i might be interested in without being pushy and a really laid back atmosphere which i appreciate.
Walked in and the manager, "I think James," grabbed my bike, put it up on the stand, and showed me how to fix it if needed, since I live out of town. He was also invaluable with my halfbike!! How fast they were able to help me. I was going out of town on Saturday at lunch and planned to take my bike with me. While packing on Friday night I noticed one of my spokes was broken.
I was at the irmo store right as they opened on Saturday. I told them I was heading out of town in a few hours and they told me it would be ready before I left town. Within an hour they fixed my bike and I could take it on vacation. Great service.

The customer service at Outspoken is excellent. I received a text stating that my bike was ready after I received a phone call explaining what the bike needed and the total cost. The guy loaded the bike for me when I went to pick it up.

I’ve been working with Brian for all my bike fit needs for the past couple of years, and he’s been awesome every time! I recently purchased a new gravel bike from Outspokin, and Brian made sure they had sizing options ready to go before my appointment.
He went above and beyond—meeting me on a Sunday to not only size me for the gravel bike but also fit my MTB. He offered some great suggestions to make my rides more comfortable, which I really appreciated.
As soon as my new bike arrived, he reached out right away and had it ready the next day for a final fit. Now I’m all set for some new adventures!

I worry about everything I buy if I’m going to get great service. I do very thorough review research on everything I buy. I bought an e-bike from outspoken 4 years ago and the service is the best. Perfect example, my e-bike kept cutting off. Took in for repair, they found problem and had part overnighted and fixed by noon next day. I needed the bike the next day for vacation so they rushed everything. Now that’s service. Thank you outspoken.
Super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. I went in to get a new shifter cable. Ended up getting a new shifter installed for a little more than what the cable would be. When I picked up my bike, I noticed my tires had been filled (they were low when I dropped them off). Despite being new to biking, the environment was welcoming. Overall, great experience.
