Friendly, efficient and professional
We had two experiences recently. One was with Martin, who helped us pick out a bike, and the other was when I came to pick the bike up. Both times, it was clear we were new to bikes and just getting started, yet no one ignored us or talked down to us. Both employees were welcoming, enthusiastic about bikes, and seemed genuinely happy for us to be getting into biking. All in all, a great experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for bikes and gear!

Went in on a whim a few weeks ago as I was casually shopping for a bike. Friendly employee was really knowledgeable about all of the products as well as intended uses for each type of bicycle. Ended up making a couple of recommendations and had me ride a few options around the block to see what worked. Sent me home with a quote for a couple bikes and no pressure to buy. Honestly wasn't intending to buy new but was pretty impressed with the bike and the staff in the shop, so back I went a few weeks later and bought.
Bikes are great and staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. I broke a chain on a recent ride and was in and out in 10 minutes with the tools and the know how to be better prepared in the future. Your technician took the time to show me how to install the chain and secure the master link.
