At Outspokin Bicycles has the Trek bicycles that I want. They have a service department that is efficient and fixes my bicycle quickly. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Brian took time to make sure I was fit properly on my new bike. He made sure that I understood every component on the bike before heading out. He is a genuine, detailed, and an all around good dude. The shop guys were all helpful and eager to help. The mechanics go above and beyond to take care of the bike and myself. They’ve even let me borrow a tool or two. Too notch service at Out Spokin’. Proud to call them my bike shop and would recommend to everyone looking for a personal experience.

I upgraded my used bike to a new Trek. It is a beautiful bike. When I went to pick it up, Matt was leaving but saw me in the parking lot and knew that I was coming for my bike. He came back in and handled getting everything I needed for my new bike, helped me with some new shoes and a few other things and told me to come back with my old bike to get it fitted correctly. I’ve always had the best interactions with the staff whether it’s for sales or tune up/repair in the past! Top notch products and services!

Got a new Niner recently, and they do great fitting, great service, by very experienced staff. I brought the bike back, after some miles, for some custom requests....awesome recommendations and they researched and brainstormed a great solution. Highly recommend this shop. Got new bikes in their other (Irmo) shop as well for my parents. Great group! thnx
