You have halped repeatedly, giving advice and explaining things very well. Your prices, while a bit high, i find are in-line with other bicycle merchants.
I'll also note that we spoke to Mr Harrell about electric bicycles, and not only does he give high praise concerning the bike we bought, but also recommended OutSpokin as the good place to make the purchase.

Outspoken Bicycles service was excellent! The sales and repair people were friendly, welcoming and very efficient. I took my grandson's bike there to have training wheels put on. I explained my grandson was visiting my husband and me for a week and would love to have the work done as soon ás possible. They explained that they couldn't prepare it until the next day because of their busy schedule. Regardless we decided to leave it there. Before we got home we received a text message stating that the bike was ready. We were related how quick and efficient they were. I highly recommend Outspoken Bicycles to anyone who needs service repair of a bike.

First time at this location. I’ve gone to another location in Irmo in the past. Excellent customer service here as well. I feel like my bike is in good hands when I go to any of the locations in my area. No problem too small for them to help you with and they served me at this location with such a cheerful attitude. I bought a bell for my bike and they happily put it on for me. A small thing but it was a big deal for me so I appreciated the cheerful help.

Fast and friendly as always. I have children who unfortunately run about the store like it's a playground. The employees are so kind and offer to let them ride a bike or ring the bells off the rack, etc. They really are good people here who do great work.
The service was excellent and the service representative was knowledgeable on the product I bought whereas the Devine store was only interested in selling me product. I felt comfortable and at ease purchasing my product in this Irmo store.
Matt was so helpful. Helped me complete installing tubeless tires on new rims. Very helpful and answered questions as he went through process.

It was great to have so many different styles to choose from. Steve was a big help while I tried to figure out what I wanted/needed in an e-bike.
