Service! It's SO important and so appreciated in a time when everything is automated and everyone is so used to horrible customer service! I've interacted with three of the young men who work there and all three of them took time and were so patient with me, however Martin went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of my bike and accessories. Another young man, I don't remember his name, installed my bike rack, then was patient enough with me to allow me to take it off and reinstall it, myself - in such terrible heat outside. I would HIGHLY recommend your bike shop!!
