I like the quality of bikes, parts, and eqipment that both shops use so your customers won't have a breakdown or accident from faulty weak junk. The service I have had is second to none. The Owner, mechanics and sales staff are very knowledgable and friendly. The service department will do everything they can to get your bike rolling same day. Definitly happy I purchased my last bike from Outspokin Bicycles. Oh did I mention you get free check up service for life when you purchase a new bike from them ?

The service department has been awesome. They regularly service my high end mountain bikes. They are always extremely helpful, informative, and personable. I am impressed with the integrity they have displayed when servicing my bike. They have never overcharged or they’re to upswell me, and many times, have done things for free. I highly recommend them.
