The service department has been awesome. They regularly service my high end mountain bikes. They are always extremely helpful, informative, and personable. I am impressed with the integrity they have displayed when servicing my bike. They have never overcharged or they’re to upswell me, and many times, have done things for free. I highly recommend them.

The products are fairly priced and were on hand when I needed them. Brian was able to answer questions about a bike I am considering purchasing in the future. They allowed my 4-year-old son to ride a test bike around their store. Very pleasant experience.
The staff at Outspokin Bicycles are very courteous and professional. Brian taught me how to ride and I purchased a Townie from Outspokin several years ago. Since then, the staff has helped me with bikes multiple times, including tune-ups. After tune-ups, I notice the bikes are much more effective.

The guys had a new chain on my bike and tweaked the derailleur after I broke the chain 1.5 miles into a ride. Took them thirty minutes on a busy Sunday afternoon for them. I was able to go back out and finish my ride. So impressed with their willingness to help a new customer.
