The staff at Outspokin Bicycles are very courteous and professional. Brian taught me how to ride and I purchased a Townie from Outspokin several years ago. Since then, the staff has helped me with bikes multiple times, including tune-ups. After tune-ups, I notice the bikes are much more effective.

The guys had a new chain on my bike and tweaked the derailleur after I broke the chain 1.5 miles into a ride. Took them thirty minutes on a busy Sunday afternoon for them. I was able to go back out and finish my ride. So impressed with their willingness to help a new customer.
