Exemplary Customer Service.
The staff is top notch. All staff we talked with seem know about our tandem electric bike. We had a lot of issues with the bike and had not been ridden in over two years. A lot of items had to be relaced and others fixed and cleaned. Shop had it about a week and when we looked at it to pick up the tandem, it looked almost brand new. The shop has TWO LOCATIONS. We were at the Devine location.

I am now on my 6th bike in the last 3 years. From sales to service the people at Outspokin are top notch!! More than capable of answering any questions we might have and their patients in getting the bikes properly set up for me and my kiddos was great. They have made sure everything is proper each time we leave. We will be buying many more Bikes in the future I am certain.

I have been trying to access my trek account to track my new bike but i forgot my password so i click the box that says forgot password and it says it will email me a link to get a new password. a message pops up twice every time i have gone through this process and says an email has been sent but their is never an email anywhere in my email choices. my email address is Email address removed

Love the friendly, professional environment! Those guys/gals know what they are doing. They have always served me with a smile and with excellence. I don’t take my bike anywhere else when my bike needs serving. Highly recommend Outspokin. I recommend either location, Devine St. or Irmo. But I mostly use the Irmo location because it’s closer to where I live.
Greeted by a friendly and helpful sales associate who promptly guided me to the thing I needed to fix my hydraulic brakes and gave good advice. Also said they work on any brand so if I can’t get it fixed, just bring it in so their tech can help me out.
The staff was welcoming and accommodating to my needs. They never made me feel stupid about anything while answering my questions. The prices were very reasonable and the work they did was superb.
