The woman who helped me choose a bike for my son was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. She treated me like an old friend, and I felt a strong connection—we could have easily hung out as families! When we picked up the bike, a tall man with an eye patch exhibited a stoic demeanor but was equally cool. I also felt like I was talking to an old friend. You have a fantastic staff!
