The folks at Outspokin are always willing to help and not pushy sales people. I've been to both locations, Irmo and Columbia a few times unfortunately for bike repairs, mostly flat tires but I have always had a pleasant experience every time I have to go. I always feel like my bike is in good hands with them. I highly recommend them for your bike care needs.

Outspokin - Irmo has great customer service. The staff is very helpful in answering questions no matter whether its about a new bicycle I am thinking of purchasing or an issue that requires service with an existing bicycle. The service team does a great job of root causing and fixing problems. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
I have also referred Outspokin - Irmo to new neighbors who have moved in from other cities and they've been pleased with the bike selection / purchase process and the help they received from Outspokin's staff for frame sizing, accessories to purchase, etc.
I tend to visit the Irmo store on a weekday and it's never crowded. I like supporting local businesses in our community and Outspokin - Irmo is a great local business that I support.
