Excellent customer service.
After visiting a big box store with my son and receiving no attention looking for a bike for his birthday it was a breath of fresh air walking into your store and being greeted by Evans. He asked a number of questions to understand what we were looking for and what might be a good fit. He then say my son on a bike, adjusted it for his size, explained all the features to him and let him take a test ride in the back parking lot.
Evans was able to answer most every technical question I had and the couple he didn't know he was sure to look up and ask co workers to make sure I got the correct answer.
I would recommend this shop to anyone who told me they were shopping for a bike and wanted top notch customer service.
Bike mechanic was extremely helpful with something as small as choosing a chain lube, which was refreshing
You were just so friendly! Repaired my tire and checked out and put right amount of air in my other tire. I really like how you didn't make me feel bad about having a 13 year old X Caliber. I love that bike, and you even shared some stories about some others who feel the same way. You really respect how much I love that Trek.
Very quick repair as well. In two days my bike was ready! Thanks for such great, genuinely sincere customer service! Bring in my bike, three days I'm back on the trails!
