I recently visited Outspokin' Bicycles in Irmo, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, offering expert advice on everything from bike repairs to new bike purchases. Matt, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure my bike was taken care of and turned around to me quickly. Good store
James performed some delicate surgery on my cherished right side Campagnolo 10-spd shifter with a complete rebuild. Small springs and cogs! One of the springs worked its way loose after the build and upon taking the bike back to the shop he was able to correct the problem in minutes. Now I have minty-fresh good-as-new shifters again!
