Laura was so super helpful in both recommending and showing me how to use my new bike rack-she put it up while i watched. Then when I ride my bike back, she showed me how to best load by bike on the rack. I also learned how to effectively raise the seat on my bike. So kind, knowledgeable and strong Laura! Thank you

Every part of my experience there was wonderful. It started with getting fitted for a bike to actually trying the bike out when it arrived, to help with purchasing helmet, lights for the bike, and shoes. I am brand new to biking, but this certainly was the most positive experience I have had

Thought I had a bad trigger shifter since it very imprecise. Instead we just replaced the cable with a "zero compression" one. My "bad" shifter now works flawlessly. Wish I had come in sooner!
