Outspokin’s line of bikes and gear are exceptional. But what really sets them apart are the staff. They are really kind and enthusiastic and work hard to understand the customer and recommend exactly the right bikes for the use. I buy a bike once a decade (am now turning 50, so this is my fifth), and I really look forward to getting back to the Outspokin team for gear and service and advice in the meantime!
