I came in to have my brakes checked. Despite the store being moderately busy, the guy at the desk helped me right away, looked over my bike and replaced my brake pads AND spent a good amount of time making sure they were perfectly aligned with BOTH sets of my wheels. Your team is always so responsive and helpful. Just recently I had problems with a worn crank arm bolt and the removal of a bottom bracket. Both issues were sorted the same day very efficiently. For someone who likes to understand the mechanics of the bike and do some of my own maintenance, the generous and helpful attitude of your team is very much appreciated.
