I recently bought a bike for my 7 year old. The employee was so polite, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. The bike was a little big for her so that she could grow into it and he helped adjust the equipment that could be adjusted to fit her better. He helped us pick out the perfect accessories and placed them on the bike. He communicated with my 7 year old so well - she even mentioned how nice he was as we were leaving. I forgot his name but I know he has a dog named Casper :)
