Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, any questions or concerns they always have the correct and prompt responses and answers. Great bikes and accessories in store, I've bought 2 bikes from them a road bike and a mountain bike plus they added quite a bit of upgrades to my road bike which made it so much more efficient and comfortable a pleasure to ride even more so now.
