Trek bikes are definitely the best quality out there! I've always purchased Trek bikes (I am originally from Wisconsin), and I've never had a bad experience. Outspokin Bicycles had the best customer service that I've also experienced in a very long time. They were incredibly helpful with finding the right accessories for the bike without being "pushy". They took the time to assist me with an additional bike purchase which was unexpected yet amazing. The owner also greeted himself while we were snooping round the store. I can't recommend Outspokin Bikes enough!

I purchased the Roscoe 7 Trek from Outspokin and the customer service was great. Laura and Martin are the ones I talked to when buying and picking up my bike and they were all so helpful in helping me understand the setup of my bike and what to expect. They showed me the kind of gear I would need since I had not ridden a bike since I was a kid and never been on a trail before on one. I noticed they offer tune-ups so I will be bringing it back in for them to look after for me. I trust them to keep me on track.
Trek bikes are the best. I’ve owned 10 over the last 40 years. The bike shop is outstanding. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for more.

The staff was very kind and attentive. Our bikes hadn’t been ridden in nearly 10 years and needed some TLC from being in the garage for that long.
