In addition to their kindness and knowledge regarding products, we have had great experiences on the service side. The team fixed my mountain bike's bottom bracket, which I thought was beyond repair; the bike rides like new even though it's 16 years old! In addition, we purchased two new Trek mountain bikes and both were perfectly assembled and did not need any tweaks or adjustments after their first several outings.
Finally, Matt has generously supported our nonprofit endeavors, which has allowed us to donate 18 bicycles in 2023, with several more in the works. I appreciate Matt's encouragement and support as we strive to make a positive impact in others' lives through bicycles and bicycling! Thank you, Outspokin'! The employee stopped working on the bike he was repairing to replace my inner tube, which took maybe five minutes. I was in and out in no time!

The attendant was very professional, polite, and honest. I initially intended to purchase a more expensive tune-up but was told that a less expensive option was sufficient for the condition of my bike. I got a bike accessory with the money I saved on the service. This level of professionalism and honesty differentiates this shop from many others. I am a fan!
