I purchased the Roscoe 7 Trek from Outspokin and the customer service was great. Laura and Martin are the ones I talked to when buying and picking up my bike and they were all so helpful in helping me understand the setup of my bike and what to expect. They showed me the kind of gear I would need since I had not ridden a bike since I was a kid and never been on a trail before on one. I noticed they offer tune-ups so I will be bringing it back in for them to look after for me. I trust them to keep me on track.
Trek bikes are the best. I’ve owned 10 over the last 40 years. The bike shop is outstanding. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for more.

The staff was very kind and attentive. Our bikes hadn’t been ridden in nearly 10 years and needed some TLC from being in the garage for that long. Received friendly greeting from maintenance desk staff both when dropping off bike and picking up. As a newcomer to the cycling world, Chuck patiently and informatively answered all my questions at drop off.
Also, the guy who helped me with pick up, recommended a lube for my drivetrain and was helpful explaining how to apply it to the chain between rides.
Appreciate the time the staff spent helping me and the obvious enthusiasm they have for what they do.
