While my wife and I were on a bike ride I had a flat tire a block from your store in downtown Boise. I bought a tube and some tube sealer from your store and was changing out tube in your parking lot beside building. One of your employees saw me outside when he was testing a bike and saw I needed assistance. He went inside to get me the proper tool and made sure I got my bike going again.. i call that going above and beyond. I will be back again

It was great to order from Idaho Mountain Touring. The shipment came on time and without any issues. My gloves were hard to find in the color, type, and size I wanted/needed. They had it and that's why I chose them in the first place. I will be ordering from them again as a go to first due to my experience this time. Thank you Idaho Mountain. :)

I can feel good about shopping at IMT because I know Chris takes good care of his employees and that matters - a lot. The service during, before, and after the sale is always great, and they carry only the highest-quality products. IMT is a landmark store in Boise. I shopped there when it was a tiny, little store on Jefferson St. and it was always a hive of activity.
IMT also handled the COVID-19 pandemic perfectly. I felt safe going in there and the staff were demonstratively appreciative of the customers who visited at that time.
