Fast processing and shipping
Great experience in buying my bike. I am handicap and needed something to help me move around. also needed a better bike to exercise my Husky. i've been looking at different bikes on the internet for a few months but really didn't know what to buy. So I decided to try to buy it locally . I called another store in meridian and they didn't carry ebikes. then i called Intermountain Touring. Sean was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. I finally tried a couple of them and fell in like with the lighter Townie.
Main reason is my bad back cant handle much weight..
I then took it back and had the gears modified to make it go a little faster and fit my ability.
There great at helping customers get what they want and need.
I will recomend them to everyone.
The shop guys did I a great job on a hub rebuild. I'll be back soon. Tx

All the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. We bought two bikes and made the purchase on Sunday afternoon and returned on Monday after the the second bike was put together. Due to my with schedule we couldn't make it to the store until just before they closed. We ended up buying some accessories and they installed them on the bikes and made sure we test drove them before we left. Three employees stayed about 45 minutes after closing to make sure we were taken care of. I was sorry that they stayed but so thankful. All three of them didn't complain one bit and said they were happy to help. This is the second bike purchase from the Meridian store over the last 6 years and I won't hesitate to come back again! Awesome shop!

Help is of expert level in regard to biking and technical options to consider for purchase. I have never felt an "upsale" effort from this team. I have purchased a few bikes from this team over the past six years and satisfied with each.
My last purchase was a bit unique in the sales process as i purchased two children's bikes via phone. I bought two Treks Predator versions a 12" and a 20" 7 speed.
There were some pricing options with colors and being a phone purchase it would have been nice to have the help navigating this. There were a couple of lesser cost options and I still may have made the same purchase, however, i didn't know about them until I stopped to review the website. Just a tip for helping the buyer to understand the options.

Lots of inventory to choose from, but the best part was the customer service. Absolutely loved the above and beyond service by the employees. I just felt incredibly comfortable to ask all the questions and get all the answers. Will highly recommend.
