Daniel was very informative but not pushy. He wanted to make sure I got the best deal for what I was looking for. Loved that I could see where they work on the bikes which to me, means they aren’t fooling around with the service they give to bikes. I also loved the clean tidy shop.

The repair tech was the nicest person. You could tell he liked what he was doing. He explained the problem with the bike seat and the tires and fixed them while we waited. He demonstrated how my son can prevent the same thing from happening again. I left feeling like the store really cared about helping my kids bike work as intended.
