Greetings from CA. After much internet searching, I finally discovered the gem Idaho Mountain Touring in Boise, ID.. I wanted an e-bike to get me where my knee was keeping me from going. I've never ridden one, was purchasing online and feeling out of my depth. Marc quickly and patiently answered every question either via text, email or phone; I had too many questions to count. I never once felt pushed to buy. And, I feel certain Marc will patiently answer my numerous questions once the bike arrives.

As a person fairly new to the biking world - previously owning a 1990s Huffy - it was great to have the hands on approach provided by Emma at Idaho Mountain Touring. She did a wonderful job walking through the various aspects of my new bike and ensuring I didn't have any questions. I also really appreciate the on-site bike shop that was able to make a few adjustments to my bike before I left!
Overall I had an extremely positive experience - from ordering via the phone to picking it up in the store. I also very much appreciated the increased cleaning protocols in place for COVID-19.

It was so easy to order on line and the bike arrived very quickly ( we live in the Bay Area). We were thankful that the bike was in stock because it was out of stock everywhere else we looked. Sales associate very knowledgable and friendly. Inventory was low but he found most of what i needed. He made sure i knew of the free tuneups and how that worked. Very helpful to this senior citizen.
