Always very helpful and friendly staff here. I've had 5 pairs of skis mounted at IMT and it has always been a good experience. The tech, I forgot his name (Ano?) was incredibly helpful and skis were mounted the day I brought them in! In the middle of ski season, nonetheless.

The order was processed and shipped quickly, arriving on schedule. The right part was packaged and arrived with no damage. One thing that would make it more pleasurable would be if you added “free shipping” on orders over $50. That appears to be common with bike part suppliers.
