My visit was perfect. I came into the store to try and ensure that I would be contacted as soon as alpine touring ski boots became available. Instead I was able to try on and be fitted for the pair I wanted. I was on a tight time schedule but two staff were able to help me leave with boots. Not only did I get boots but I also received a great lesson about skiing in the backcountry. I’ll be back for bindings when I have more time to visit.

After my purchase the service desk helped source the exact parts I’d need to tow a heavy trailer behind my bike and then Sam even put together the bike rack for my car the same day I picked up my bike.

Your site popped up and you had what I was looking for at a decent price. The shipping costs could have been better, but that's out of your control I would think.
