I took in my Townie 7D for a tune up after buying it in 2016. Rode this bike like a 12-year-old on a Sting Ray and loved every mile. When I picked up it looked just like the other Brand-New models. When I went for a ride, I just kept saying Wow over and over. I have been enjoying my morning ride in one higher gear because it feels so much easier to pedal. There's no question you carry quality products, but I can get that anywhere. But I keep coming back because your employees know these products, care about me and how I use those products. They want me to be happy.
Great shop. Went in looking for new clipless pedals and shoes but with the great advise of staff walked out with something better (tough getting out of pedals after two knee replacements!) Thank you - we always shop at Idaho Mtn Touring when we visit Boise.

Initial service was quick. When I came to pick up, I needed something else done to the bike, and they were able to get that done in less than ten minutes.

The staff were super friendly, knew the products well and provided great mechanical support. I did not have an appointment but Braxton was able to make immediate repairs to my road bike when I dropped by and the costs were very affordable. This was my second great experience with this shop.
