I called for help identifying a product I saw online and to check stock before ordering and talked to a super nice gal who went and checked for me. She was friendly and happy to help and it gave me a warm feeling about your business! Within a few minutes I was notified my cap was packed up and shipping out. The service is unmatched, and the products are top of the line. I have been looking for new ski touring boots for a while, checking pricing and reviews, and thought it would be a long-term decision. First place I went to was IMT to see Dax, told him what my priorities were. He checked my feet for size and width. The first boot he brought to me was absolutely perfect fit and stiffness.
