The service was awesome. Toji was super helpful with giving me an estimate for the work that needed to be done on my bike. He went through several options to explore the best solution for what I wanted. Zach was great with communicating with me on the day of the service, and being patient when I asked if he could complete a couple more minor adjustments while he was already working on the bike.

I love the whole IMT family. You guys always make me feel welcome. IMT has a well-rounded inventory to get you set up for pretty much any outdoor activity. They also carry top brands when it comes to gear and clothing as well. The folks in the bike shop always do quality work and their labor pricing is extremely reasonable. I hope the staff and their families are staying happy and healthy during these challenging times. For all of those reasons, I'm giving IMT a 10 here. That and Dax is my Hero! I have had great experiences with staff and service at IMT. I bought a nice road bike a year ago and had quite a few modifications done to it. Dak was GREAT in helping me buy this bike. Liked the bike so much, I bought the men's version for my husband for Christmas. Service on bikes has been great. Everyone that I worked with was friendly and helpful. Always willing to show us how to do something ourselves. IMT is doing a great job with the current COVID-19 precautions.
