Great service and knowledge
Idaho Mountain Touring had great service and ultra-fast shipping to my house. I have already passed their information on to several people as the go to spot to check for Western Mountaineering gear.
My wife and I visited 5 other local bike shops in Boise/Meridian and the level of service we received at IMT was clearly the best. We liked the Trek product line, but more importantly was service that we received in the stores. They took the time to listen and answer any question we threw at them. I will always recommend IMT to anyone that mentions they are looking for a new bike shop.

My experience buying a bike was great. Matt was super patient and let me try several bikes to find the best one for me. I was super sad to have a flat tire already the very next morning due to a faulty valve, but when I brought it by the store, they quickly fixed it and had me on my way again. 10/10 will come back and recommend to others :).
