The first gentleman who helped us was awesome!!! Only thing I was disappointed in was getting a phone call at 6:03 that our sons bike was finished getting repaired but that you close at 6. Maybe wait until the next morning to call since it can’t be picked up that night anyways. Otherwise great service. Thank you!

Great, friendly and the expertise was there. My back came back to me brand new then where it was before. I would definitely use them again if I need service done to my bike. Also the delivery, and pick up option definitely helped me out, because of my busy schedule and lack of transporting my bike to their facilities.

You had enthusiastic sales people. I bought my bike over the phone and had been trying for weeks to purchase one. Many stores didn't call back, didn't want to order a bike for me or were just plain indifferent. I live in California and was trying to buy local but it just wasn't working out.
I saw your store had the bike I wanted so I called. It was refreshing to call a store and have someone on the line that wanted to help.
Daniel was so passionate and knowledgeable about all things biking and truly made the experience a blast! He is also terrific about reading people and knows how and when to go into greater detail and then when to simply move along. Highly recommend both the business and Daniel.

Dax was AWESOME! He broke things down & explained everything single thing we needed to know. We had looked at another bike shop earlier in the day & though the product was similar Dax was the difference maker. We purchased 2 trail bikes, the strong force against goat heads, slime & tubing, & ended up deciding to get the tailgate pickup pad to free up space in the bed of the pickup. Which Dax installed & explained. We then went on an awesome 8 mile ride on the Weiser river trail. Can't wait to go again!
One thing is super clear - we all miss IMT! I was happy to see that the store was so bustling on Saturday. I was also happy to buy stuff online and pick up in the cue. Thank you for taking extra measures to keep you staff and customers safe.
