Ryan was very helpful in getting me squared away with new helmets and lights for our bikes. When I got home I did not have a bolt to get the light on my wife's bike and I came back in the next day and he got it all set up. Very helpful! First name removed

Great service, timely, helpful, can ask for much better! The bike they helped me find last year is perfect for my needs as I age. Bought a mountain bike from Idaho Mountain Touring about 30- years ago and it served me well then. It is still in use by a friend.

I absolutely LOVE Idaho Mountain Touring. It is my FAVORITE bike shop by far and it is a bonus that you sell great clothes and shoes too. Customer service is EXCELLENT and your staff is always willing to help. Also, I am not a pro biker and I love that no one ever makes me feel less important or stupid with my silly questions.

Very efficient. I just needed a tube replaced on my bike. Folks were very friendly and they texted me when the work was completed. Our whole family shops there because of the customer service and the fact that it’s a local business.
